Two Options To Choose From
Option 1 – $1,000 Flat Cook Fee
A cost-effective option for organizations that want professional cooking while managing the remaining event details in-house. Ideal for groups willing to take an active role to help maximize fundraising results.
Included:
- Professional crawfish cook
- Commercial cooking equipment
- Propane & seasoning
- Live crawfish (priced at market rate)
- Corn, potatoes, and serving trays
Pricing Structure:
- Flat cook fee
- Live crawfish charged at current market price
Important Details:
- We do not cook outside or third-party crawfish
- All crawfish are purged and prepped the night before
- All balances are due the week prior to your event.
Not Included:
- Servers or volunteers
- Tents, tables, drinks, or additional food
Option 2 – $2,000 Full Service Turnkey
A completely handled option where we manage the entire cooking and serving operation.
Included:
- Live crawfish
- Professional cooking crew & serving staff
- Serving tent & serving station
- Corn, potatoes, and all serving supplies
- Full setup, service, breakdown, and cleanup
- Serve for 2 hours
Pricing Structure:
- Events are custom quoted
- Pricing is based on the number of guests and total pounds of crawfish, corn, & potatoes required
Important Details:
- All crawfish are sourced, purged, and prepared by us
- Staffing and quantities are based on the final quoted numbers
- The remaining balance from your quoted total is due in full the week prior to your event
Not Included:
- Crews do not haul away event trash
- Event tables, chairs, or guest seating unless included in quote
- Entertainment, décor, or additional food items not listed above unless included in quote
