What We Do Now

Today, we manage a website dedicated to helping people find local, trustworthy crawfish catering companies for both private and corporate boils. Our goal is to connect customers with experienced caterers they can rely on, while supporting crawfish professionals within their own communities.

In addition to this, we continue to cater for many of the customers we’ve built relationships with over the past 15 years. Thanks to those long-standing connections and word-of-mouth referrals, we no longer need to advertise to book crawfish catering jobs. Each season, our calendar fills with events that keep us cooking year after year.

Between helping others find credible crawfish caterers and still getting out to cook for our loyal customers, this work has never felt like a job, it’s simply what we love to do.
