No. You only need to reserve your preferred month or booking window. Your exact event date can be finalized later once your company's schedule is confirmed.
Can I change my event date later?
Yes. As long as your new date falls within your reserved booking window and availability allows, we'll work with you to accommodate changes.
Is there an additional cost for Priority Booking?
No. Priority Booking is an exclusive benefit offered to our Preferred Customers at no additional charge.
How long will my reservation be held?
Your preferred booking window is reserved until the deadline we establish together, giving your company time to finalize schedules before public booking opens.
What if our event schedule changes?
We understand corporate schedules change. Our team will work with you to adjust your reservation whenever possible while protecting your Priority Booking status.
What happens if my preferred month becomes full?
Customers with Priority Booking receive first access before dates are released to the public, greatly increasing the likelihood of securing their preferred timeframe.
Can I reserve more than one event?
Absolutely. Many of our corporate clients reserve multiple crawfish boils, employee appreciation events, holiday parties, and customer appreciation events throughout the year.
