For the first time in our company's history, we've experienced an unprecedented number of booking requests months earlier than normal following our 1st Place victory at the 2026 Crawfish Critic Cook-Off.

While we're incredibly grateful for the increased exposure, it also created a scheduling challenge we've never faced before. Our biggest priority isn't filling our calendar—it's making sure the loyal customers who helped build CrawfishCater.com over the past 16 years still have the opportunity to reserve the month and event date they want.

That's why we created our Preferred Customer Priority Booking Program.

The purpose of this program is not to lock you into an exact event date today. We only need to know your preferred booking month so we can reserve one of our catering crews for your company before that crew becomes committed to another event.

Once your team finalizes the exact event date, we'll simply assign your reserved crew to that date. You'll still have complete flexibility to update your guest count, menu, venue, event time, and add-ons as your planning progresses.
